The management at the Institute for Economics and Peace brings a variety of specialised skills, experience and education related to economics, statistics, communications, project management and partnership building. IEP staff is based in both the United States and Australia and regularly travels around the globe.

Steve Killelea AM

Founder & Executive Chairman

Steve Killelea is an accomplished entrepreneur in high technology and international business development and at the forefront of philanthropic activities focused on peace and sustainable development.
Camilla Schippa

Director

Camilla Schippa has over 15 years of professional experience in building new initiatives for development and peace, guiding public-private partnerships and coordinating vast public outreach efforts.
 
Daniel Hyslop

Research Manager

Daniel Hyslop commissions, directs and manages research for IEP as well as authors and oversees production of IEP publications. He manages IEP’s research team and directs its research partnerships.
Michael Shank

Vice-President, US Operations

Michael Shank directs the policy, communications, and administrative operations for the US office of Institute for Economics and Peace. Michael also serves on the board of the National Peace Academy.
Michelle Breslauer

Program Manager, US Operations

Michelle Breslauer represents the programs of the Institute for Economics and Peace in the Americas, working with diverse stakeholders to build the profile and partnerships for IEP.
